We are delighted to invite you to Wycliffe Hall's Women's Day 2023 on Saturday 13th May.

This event is open to all and free to attend (please book through Eventbrite, via the link below) with refreshments and lunch included.

We will be joined by speakers Elaine Storkey and Lola Chapman.

Elaine Storkey is a philosopher, sociologist and theologian. She will look at contemporary issues for women, and how a biblical feminism can help us approach these with greater understanding. She will also be speaking about God’s gift of leadership to women, and the biblical challenge for us today to embrace this.

Lola Chapman is the Chief Strategy Officer for One Collective U.K. and the founder of Women Leaders Collective, a coaching community for women in leadership. Lola will be speaking on the importance of COURAGE and, drawing from examples of heroes of the faith and women of the Bible, she will explore how most of the virtues we prize can only be manifested through the exercise of courage. In the words of Maya Angelou: “Courage is the most important of all virtues, because without courage you can’t practice any other virtue consistently.”

Please sign up for the event via the Eventbrite link here:
